Bollywood has given us several legends over the years. Singers, music directors, lyricists and film directors among others. One such legendary film director is Hrishikesh Mukherjee, lovingly referred to as Hrishi da. Who can forget his movies such as Anupama, Anand, Abhimaan, Anuradha, Guddi, Bawarchi, Namak Haram, Golmaal, Chupke Chupke and Mili? Hrishi da's movies famously depicted Indian middle class lives and their stories. His movies also gave us melodious music and some unforgettable songs. On May 7th 2016 at the National Heritage Museum in Lexington we offer you "A Musical Journey with Hrishikesh Mukherjee" to celebrate this great man's contributions to hindi film music
