A practitioner of Raja Yoga Meditation and an engineer by profession, Sister Shivani analyzes deep-rooted stumbling blocks such as ego, anger, stress and fear, empowering people to take personal responsibility for their happiness and take steps to make their lives work better. She presents a logical yet comfortable way of adopting spirituality and thereby creating beautiful relationships with the self, others and God.
