No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

If you event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do anything. We will inform you about the cancelation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the service fee. Refund will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.

depends on the registrations, they are still on if we get more, will be only one round. if we have registrations that can give us timeframe to have 2 rounds, we would have 2 rounds of 4 min max each

We dont provide order of performance to the contestants or their families, as we discourage the idea of any participant or their parent having a thought I should go just before my performance show mine to others but not feel necessary to see others performances, every participant is special for us everyone in their spirit is a winner, and we want all the contestants to be present before the event starts. So NO one will be informed about the order. Only the Judges, and EMCEE will know. but the contestant will know about their order prior to 3 contestants at the time of announcement. For example the 6th Contestant will know about his turn as 6 when the EMCEE will announce just after 3rd Contestant finishes.

We have arranged our own videography and photography, however we will be able to share that as a one link for both photos and video as one single event link after the event is over when we receive these from the video and photographers. We cannot extract any participant wise video and give it. It will be one whole event link video and so is the photographs file that will have all the photos in one link. you can download the photos that you want and do the same and use your sources to extract your participants video from the link. And for immediate share we recommend use your own phone cameras when they are performing as our graphers will take time to deliver our files as it has a lot of post production work to do. Avoid depending on the organizers for the video or photos to share just after the event.
