NO RE-ENTRY: Once you leave the venue, you cannot re-enter.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Doors close promptly at 10:30 PM. No entry allowed after this time, even with a valid ticket. Plan your traffic and parking accordingly!
NO OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS: Water, snacks, and alcohol are available for purchase inside.
REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
ID CHECK: Government-issued ID is mandatory for alcohol purchase (21+).

1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.

2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.

5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

How do I purchase tickets?

There are several options when buying tickets:

You can purchase any ticket to any events listed on our website. To buy, select the # of tickets you want to purchase in the dropdown of a specific event and follow the instructions.

Phone. You can purchase tickets over the phone 1-512-788-5300 (Mon to Fri - 11am to 8pm – EST)
What is Sulekha's Refund Policy?

All sales are final.

No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

If you event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do anything. We will inform you about the cancelation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the service fee. Refund will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.

What time do doors open and close??

Doors open at 7:00 PM. The concert and festivities begin shortly after. Doors strictly close at 10:30 PM. No entry will be allowed after this time, even with a valid ticket. Please plan for traffic and parking to arrive early.

Is there a Dress Code??

It’s New Year’s Eve—dress to impress! Smart Casual, Party Wear, or Traditional Indian attire are all welcome.
I bought a ticket but can no longer make it. Can I get a refund??

As stated in our policy, all ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. However, tickets are transferable if you wish to give them to a friend.
Do children need a ticket??

Yes. Due to venue capacity and fire safety regulations, every human being counts as one entry. Children above the age of 4 require a standard ticket. Children under 4 enter free (Must bring age proof).
Do I need to print my ticket??

No, you can show the QR code on your phone from the Eventbrite email or app. Please have your brightness turned up and ready to scan at the gate.
Is food included in the ticket price??

No. Your ticket grants you entry to the concert and party. Authentic Indian food, snacks, and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase at various stalls inside the venue.
Can I bring my own alcohol or food??

No. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Security will check bags at the entrance.
What do I need to buy alcohol??

You must present a valid Government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) proving you are 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol. We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking.
Is the event family-friendly??

Yes, this is a community event. However, please note the music will be loud (concert level) and alcohol is sold on premises
