1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.
2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.
4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.
5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Disco Dandiya Raas & Bollywood Night(the Event), you agree to the following terms:Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in Event activities—including dancing and using Dandiya sticks—carries inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or property damage, and you voluntarily assume these risks.Release of Liability & Indemnification: You release, waive, and forever discharge the Leland High School Parent Club, Leland High School, the San José Unified School District, and their affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages for personal injury, illness, death, or property loss occurring around the Event. You agree to indemnify them against any legal expenses arising from your actions.Media Release: You grant the Leland High School Parent Club the irrevocable right to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, or video recording in any media format (including websites, social media, and newsletters) for promotional purposes without compensation or prior approval.Authority for Minors: If you are purchasing tickets or registering on behalf of a minor, you certify that you are their parent or legal guardian and explicitly consent to all liability waiver and media release terms on their behalf.
