1. Advance reservation is recommended. Walk-ins will be accommodated only based on availability.
2. Limited capacity event – entry is confirmed only after ticket purchase/payment (if applicable).
3. Entry is valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket/reservation.
4. No refunds or cancellations once the booking is confirmed.
5. Strictly 16+ event. Entry is not permitted for children below 16 years. Valid ID may be required.
6. This is a dance-focused event; buffet service is not included. Food and beverages may be available separately for purchase (if applicable).
7. Outside food is not permitted.
8. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages (BYOB).
9. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or behaving irresponsibly.
10. Guests are solely responsible for their transportation and safety after alcohol consumption. Please plan for a designated driver or alternative transport.
11. DJ music and the dance floor will operate in accordance with permitted sound regulations.
12. Song requests must be routed through the designated event coordinator to ensure smooth flow of music.
13. Dress Code: Smart, festive, or Bollywood-style attire is encouraged. Guests are expected to dress appropriately; management reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate or indecent attire.
14. Decent and respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
15. Complimentary party accessories (gold & silver theme) may be provided, subject to availability.
16. Raffle, games, or giveaways (if conducted) are subject to availability and specific event rules.
17. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
18. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss or damage.
