Ticket Pricing
All ticket prices are subject to change based on demand and availability.
Media & Photography Release
This is a public event that will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you acknowledge and consent that you may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, or other media captured during the event. Organizers may use this media for marketing, promotion, and commercial purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Purchase Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or ticket transfers once purchased, unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer.
Weather & Force Majeure
This is a rain-or-shine event. Tickets will not be refunded due to weather, acts of nature, government regulations, or circumstances beyond organizers’ control. Organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to safety or unforeseen circumstances.
Color Powder & Participation Risk
By attending, you accept that color powder may stain clothing, accessories, or personal items. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to color powder and water. All powders are non-toxic, skin-safe, and environmentally friendly.
Personal Responsibility & Health
Attendees are responsible for monitoring their own health and safety. If you have asthma, allergies, or other medical concerns affected by powder, crowds, or physical activity, attendance is at your own risk.
Alcohol & Conduct Policy
Alcohol may be served.
• Valid ID required
• No outside alcohol or illegal substances
• Intoxicated or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
Prohibited Items
• Outside color powder or alcohol
• Weapons, fireworks, explosives
• Large bags, professional cameras (without approval), drones
• Items deemed unsafe by staff
Entry & Re-Entry
Entry only with a valid ticket. Re-entry may be restricted by venue rules.
Event Changes
Lineup, schedule, and experiences are subject to change without notice. Changes do not qualify for refunds.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Property
Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Release of Liability
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and release organizers from any liability, claims, or damages including personal injury, property damage, theft, exposure to powder/water, or negligence claims.
Indemnification
Ticket holders agree to indemnify and hold organizers harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from attendance.
Arbitration Agreement
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
ADA & Accessibility
The event complies with accessibility requirements. Contact organizers in advance for accommodations.
Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
