No intoxication, disorderly, or anti-social behavior permitted.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund.
No re-entry once exited.
No outside food, drinks, drugs, or weapons allowed.
Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Photography & videography in progress. Entry implies consent.

VIP/Table reservations are final and non-refundable.
Tables are held until a specified time; late arrival may result in forfeiture.

1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.

2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.

5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

How do I purchase tickets?

There are several options when buying tickets:

You can purchase any ticket to any events listed on our website. To buy, select the # of tickets you want to purchase in the dropdown of a specific event and follow the instructions.

What is Sulekha's Refund Policy?

All sales are final.

No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

If you event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do anything. We will inform you about the cancelation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the service fee. Refund will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.
