NRITHYOTSAV 2025 - Indian Classical Dance Festival - 2025
This event is free for the public. No entrance/admission tickets needed. ALL ARE WELCOME

Day & Date: Sunday 2nd November 2025
Time: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Nrithyotsav participation rules are as follows. All participants schools and / or groups are required to honor these rules.
All participants must report by 2:00 PM.
The program schedule will be available at the front desk on the day of the event.
We kindly ask all participants to remain for the entire duration of the event to enjoy all the programs and support the performances.
note that registration fees are non-refundable.
Registrations by any Dance school or a Dance group will be accepted.
Participants do not have to register separately. One coordinator representing a school or a group can register for all the participants.
Deadline for registrations: 15th October 2025
Deadline for submission of song names and participant names: 20th October 2025
APPLICATION POLICY and Registration Fee:
Solo participation fee is $50 per participant
Dual participation fee is $30 each participant
Group participation fee is $20 each participant
TIME DURATION FOR EACH PARTICIPATING SCHOOL is 30 mins OR A GROUP is 10 mins
The minimum number of participants from a school or group is 4. Fifteen (15) minutes time slots can be divided into 2 performances only. No solo allowed within the allotted 15 minutes.
School participation time limit is 30 minutes per school with more than 10 participants. No solo allowed within the allotted time. No song can be more than 10 mins.
The school can choose to divide the given 30 minutes into any number of performances
Solo performance rules:
Solo entry must be registered separately from any group or school registration.
The solo song duration must not exceed go beyond 8 minutes.
Participant must be over 15 years.
Duet performances rules:
Duet entry must be registered separately from any group or school registration.
The duet song duration must not exceed go beyond 8 minutes.
Dance group rules:
You do not have to be a part of the dance school or under a registered dance school name to participate
Group participation time limit is 15 minutes.
The group must consist of 4(minimum) or more participants.
The group can choose to divide the given 15 minutes into 2 performances only
