Sahela Re (120 mins) is an intimate musical experience presented by Swaraswati School of Music that transcends the boundaries of a conventional concert, blending factual narration with evocative performance to illuminate the parallel legacies of two contemporary legends, Pt. Bhimsen Joshi and Pta. Kishori Amonkar.

The presentation moves seamlessly between storytelling and melody, offering audiences a rare, immersive journey into the philosophies, anecdotes, and artistry that shaped these maestros. The evening also features a special opening presentation by Dr. Prachi Kane Chakradeo, whose thoughtful musical offering sets the stage for the journey ahead.

Led by Abhishek Kale and Jaydeep Vaidya, two of today's most compelling young torchbearers of Indian classical and semi-classical music, Sahela Re reimagines India's rich musical heritage for contemporary audiences. It culminates in an enriching encounter that inspires, educates, and leaves listeners gently suspended in the timeless resonance of these extraordinary musical traditions.
