1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.
2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.
4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.
5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
8. As per current Pittsburgh Metro Area mandatory health requirements, all attendees must present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter the venue and attend the show.
9. Mask wearing is mandatory for all.
10. The venue reserves the right to alter safety protocols at any time and at its sole discretion of the management.
