How long have you been doing New Year's Eve parties?  Why did you decide to venture into doing these parties?

We have been doing such events for the last four years. Most NYE party around here we have heard would be very overly crowded , with long lines at the bar and kids running around everywhere. You spend money but no food is ever seen. So we decided we want to do ours differently with a limited number of guests. We will concentrate on Cocktail Hour. Then, we will have an elegant buffet dinner. There will also be a variety of desserts.
