Please check ALL rules and regulations before making payment and submitting this form.

* Location of a booth is at the discretion of the event organizers based on the operational and space requirements of the event.
* Set-Up Time: Booth set up time is one hour prior to actual timing
* We will provide 2 chairs and 1 6ft table.
* There will be regular inspections and any vendors found to be violating the protocol will be requested to move their tables/inventory back into their booths.
* Please collect your wristbands at the registration desk when you load in.

SPECIAL NOTES
* NO FOOD OR DRINKS can be distributed/sold at your booth.
* The premises shall be left in the original condition as upon arrival; this includes picking up trash at and around vendor’s premises.
* Please remember to bring any stationery items such as zip ties, duct tape, scissors that may be needed to put things up at your booth.
