Diwali & Indian New Year Celebration In Montgomery County

This November, millions of Hindu around the world and in North America will hold celebrations to commemorate the auspicious holiday of Diwali.  The holiday ushers in a time to illuminate homes and communities with colors and lights, as well as one's inner self with spiritual enlightenment.  Traditionally celebrated with fireworks, sweets, and most importantly, family togetherness, Diwali creates an environment of peace and jubilance.

In that spirit, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan will host its annual traditional Diwali celebration including a grand annakut (food-display and offering of over 500+ vegetarian delicacies).
