About this Venue

In Pennsylvania's Lackawanna County, Dunmore is a borough that borders Scranton. 1835 saw the settlement of Dunmore, which incorporated in 1862. The population had increased rapidly to 8,315 in 1890, 12,583 in 1900, 17,615 in 1910, 20,250 in 1920, and 23,086 in 1940 due to extensive interests in anthracite coal, brick, stone, and silk. In 2010 there were 14,057 people living there.

There are three schools in Dunmore: Saint Mary's of Mount Carmel Elementary School, Holy Cross High School, formerly known as Bishop O'Hara, and Dunmore High School.

What are the parking options at Dunmore Borough Community Center?

Parking is available in Lots A, B, F, G, H & I. Prices range from $5 to $30 depending on the event. Suite & VIP parking there is located on the south side of the building via the 2nd 183A Entrance, past the marquee. All methods of payment are accepted at Dunmore Borough Community Center for all self-park & valet lots.

Ticket Requirements: For all ticketed events, all Dunmore Borough Community Center patrons must present a ticket for entry, except for those patrons younger than two (2) years of age. However, children under two years of age must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket-bearing adult. For some family/kids events ages, one (1) and up must be accompanied by a ticket.
