Celebrate the spirit of India like never before at FOG India Day in Fremont—one of the largest and most vibrant Indian cultural festivals in North America. Organized by the Federation of Indo-Americans of Northern California along with the Festival of Globe (FOG), this iconic event brings together thousands of people from diverse backgrounds to honor India’s Independence Day with pride, unity, and cultural richness.

Held annually in the heart of Silicon Valley, the festival transforms the city into a lively celebration filled with color, music, and joy. The highlight of the event is the grand India Day Parade, featuring beautifully decorated floats, cultural showcases, and participation from various community organizations, reflecting the diversity of Indian heritage. Paseo Padre Parkway becomes the epicenter of festivities, hosting a spectacular lineup of activities.

Visitors can enjoy live music and dance performances representing classical, folk, and contemporary styles from across India. The mela (fair) offers a rich experience with over 100 booths showcasing traditional crafts, ethnic fashion, delicious Indian cuisine, and community services.
