Fuzion Catering doesn't have a kitchen open all of the time. Fuzion Catering only cooks when we have an event to cater.
Fuzion Catering doesn't make 100 dishes every day. We only cook what our clients have selected for their specific event menu. Because we only cook for one event at a time, we can customize the spice, seasoning, presentation and "doneness" for each event.
