About this Venue

Welcome to what promises to be another fantastic school year at The Grove! We are incredibly excited about our ninth year here at Piney Grove, and know that is promises to be filled with even more golden opportunities for all of our students as we strive to find ways that we can be even better than we have before! As we begin this new year, we pledge to you . . . our students and parents . . . that this will be a wonderful year of engaging, meaningful and rigorous work in our classrooms, along with some fun and special times through a plethora of extracurricular clubs and activities, performing arts groups, and athletic teams and events we offer and encourage our young Grizzlies to be involved in here at The Grove!

During this 2015 - 2016 school year, we will continue to build upon and refine our foundation of good work and many worthwhile traditions, with none being more important than continuing to build upon our tradition of excellence in education. Our vision? Simply put: Embrace Opportunities . . . Unlock Potential . . . Inspire Excellence!

So to that end our staff of highly qualified professional educators and support personnel is committed to providing our students many opportunities --- both inside and outside of the classroom --- for high caliber and quality learning, continual growth, leadership opportunities, and achieving at a high level of excellence! We pledge that this will be our focus daily, and we invite and encourage you. . . our students and parents. . . to work in partnership with us to seize these opportunities in all five facets of our Piney Grove program --- Academics (first and foremost always!), The Arts, Athletics, Activities, and Altruistic Endeavors.

We look forward to a very positive and productive year together! And we extend a special, yearlong invitation to our parents to join us at school activities and events whenever you can. We want . . . we need . . . and we value your involvement and support in your child’s education! For it is key to the success of your young Grizzly during his/her middle school years.

Please also know that we highly value home/school communication here at Piney Grove. It is vital and plays an integral role in each student’s success. Please do not hesitate to contact us if/when the need arises. We will do likewise. We want and encourage our parents to stay in the know about their child’s studies, assignments, assessments, and school activities, as well as other events and happenings.

What are the parking options at Piney Grove Middle School?

Parking is available in Lots A, B, F, G, H & I. Prices range from $5 to $30 depending on the event. Suite & VIP parking there is located on the south side of the building via the 2nd 183A Entrance, past the marquee. All methods of payment are accepted at Piney Grove Middle School for all self-park & valet lots.
When is the box office open in Piney Grove Middle School?

Regular Hours - Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, weekend hours vary per event. For event box office hours, please visit Piney Grove Middle School event tickets can be purchased through Sulekha.
Are children allowed Piney Grove Middle School?

Ticket Requirements: For all ticketed events, all Piney Grove Middle School patrons must present a ticket for entry, except for those patrons younger than two (2) years of age. However, children under two years of age must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket-bearing adult. For some family/kids events ages, one (1) and up must be accompanied by a ticket.

Can I get an autograph or meet the artist in Piney Grove Middle School?

The Piney Grove Middle School, as a rental facility, is not in a position to contact or interfere with artist or artist management regarding autographs or special meet and greet requests. From time to time, artist management will arrange these opportunities, and if available, the Piney Grove Middle School will include that as part of standard event information.
Can I take event photos or videos in Piney Grove Middle School?

The use of photographic or sound recording devices, including film and digital cameras, digital video recorders, cell phones, and/or other visual or audio recording devices is a violation of copyright law and is strictly prohibited. Patrons using these devices during a performance may be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be issued. In certain instances, patrons may be asked to delete photographs.

In addition, light and noise disturbances can hinder the enjoyment of any performance. Out of the consideration and safety of performers and fellow patrons, the use of cell phones is strictly forbidden during all shows. This includes the use of phones for texting or photographic purposes. Individuals caught using their cell phones may be asked to leave the theatre.
