Growing up in Amritsar and Delhi, food was always what brought everyone together. I would love to go out dining and find local specialities. From the famous Kulcha Chana and Mutton Curry in Amritsar to the delectable Biriyanis and Kathi Rolls of Delhi, I was delighted by all. My fondness of good food lead me to cooking which then became my passion. I would love to cook from scratch for my friends and family. The reward was much more than anything else i had done. I got to play with food, spend countless hours creating and perfecting each recipe in the kitchen. I wanted to bring my passion for food and share my recipes with others, hence i opened Dilliwala Indian KItchen. I do not take shortcuts and what I create and serve on each plate comes from my heart. I hope that with every bite you have you feel that love and passion.
