About this Venue

F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre is a 446-seat facility for the performing arts used primarily by community theatre groups and professional touring companies. The facility is operated as a rental venue for both public and private events. Corporate presentations, award ceremonies and other types of events are welcome.

Location:
The theatre, located in Rockville Civic Center Park, includes plenty of free parking. It is one mile from the Rockville Metro station and a few blocks off Route 28 in the heart of Rockville.

Facility Features:
The F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre features a large lobby and the Social Hall which is an event room on the lower level. The 40 x 30 stage is supported by a green room and two dressing rooms.

Namesake:
The F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre is named for the celebrated author because he often visited Rockville and is buried here in Rockville.

Parking is available in Lots A, B, F, G, H & I. Prices range from $5 to $30 depending on the event. Suite & VIP parking there is located on the south side of the building via the 2nd 183A Entrance, past the marquee.
