Free Guided Meditation

You are invited to learn meditation guided by Ananda Marga monk Acarya Abhiramananda Avadhuta. Throughout this weekend we have "open house" at the meditation center (Los Altos Hills) providing personal instruction (free of charge) in meditation as well as group activities. Families with children and all ages are welcome. 

Meditation has been scientifically proven to benefit children, adults and seniors. The instructor will also teach you yoga postures as well as yogic self-massage.

Please wear loose clothing and on a light stomach. We are confident that you will enjoy a wonderful time with us. Hope to see you this weekend!
