1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.

2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.

5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.

What is Sulekha's Refund Policy?

All sales are final.

No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

If you event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do anything. We will inform you about the cancelation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the transaction fee. Refund will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.

What is a Health Check?

Health Checks are safety protocols instituted by Event Organizers to help reduce attendee exposure to COVID-19. Sulekha does not set or control Health Check guidelines, which is why different events you see in our marketplace may have different protocols. While specific requirements vary across venues and events, some common measures may include, but are not limited to: proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result prior to entering the event, a rapid onsite COVID-19 test, or participating in a brief health questionnaire.
Who decides if a Health Check is required?

In partnership with local health departments and government guidelines, the Event Organizer monitors local COVID-19 trends and determines if Health Checks will be required to attend an event. I am ineligible for vaccination due to underlying health conditions, am I unable to attend an event requiring vaccination?

Most Event Organizers requiring Health Checks will ask unvaccinated fans over 12 years old with a valid medical restriction & medical note to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test and provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
