Gaushala in Memphis is part of a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of cows in our community and beyond.

What do we do at Gaushala :

Our gaushala is active year-round, with activities and events happening at various times.
Some of our activities include:

Organize year-round activities aimed at promoting cow protection and kindness to animals

Facilitate regular tours of Gaushala to enjoy the company of the kind and loving cows/calves

Teach horse riding, provide a positive environment for sadhana and spiritual growth, and much more

Our Mission:

Our Mission is to protect cows and spread the message of kindness. We believe that kindness to animals leads to kindness to humans and hence a peaceful world. We spread the message of importance of cow protection and educate people on the significance of cows in building a sustainable ecosystem for our future generations.

Ancient Indian Sanathana Dharma based on Vedic Philosophy profoundly declares human society can achieve extraordinary strength and stable collective mind (physical and spiritual) by doing Gau (Cow) Seva. Gau (Cow) also provides milk and milk products bundled with essential nutrients which help to maintain a healthy physical body. It is our primary duty and responsibility to respect and strengthen our bond by taking care of cows. We also need to treat the old and sick cows with respect as they have done their part and delivered essential life sustaining products to humanity.

We take care of more than 200 Gir cows mostly from Gujarat, India

We provide nutritious vegetarian feed for our cows daily, supplemental to the hay bales we set up and grass that they graze outside. Any milk from our cows is only for their calves.

What types of events can I set up through Sulekha?

Sulekha can be used to set up a wide variety of both online and venue events ranging from different categories. For example concerts, Bollywood parties, comedy, and fusion of the different types of event.
Can I add multiple sessions to my online event?

Yes, you can add multiple sessions to your events while setting up your online event.
Can I limit the number of tickets available to each person?

Yes! As an organizer, Sulekha gives you the flexibility to decide the number of tickets available to a single customer and any information you want from the customer while setting up your event.
Can I easily share my event's page?

Absolutely! On your own event detail page, you will find social media icons that will enable you to share your event directly on different social media sites.
How do I know who has arrived at my venue event?

Sulekha’s free iOS and Android apps are easily available on App Store and Play Store to download. This can be used to check guests in and has a built-in scanner that will allow you to scan tickets upon entry. This will automatically mark your guests off as arrived for reporting purposes.
How do I edit my event after it has been published?

Even after publishing your event, you can log into your Sulekha profile and go to your event dashboard to edit your event.
What payment options do you accept?

We accept both Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards.
Where can I get a report of my event?

Once your event is published and starts booking go to your Organizer dashboard and then Reports to view detailed reports and analytics of your attendees, orders, and tickets. You can view them from your account or export them onto your device.
Can my event page and my profile reflect my company’s branding?

Yes! Sulekha gives you the flexibility to customize your event in accordance with your desire. You can also customize your organization profile in line with your company’s profile. Upload company banners, and logos in respective fields while setting up your event and organization profile to reflect your company’s branding.
