1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.

2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

4. If an event is canceled/postponed, Sulekha will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.

5. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.

16. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

17. Physical Bands or tickets might be issued against your E ticket to you upon entry which should be kept intact with you till the end of the show.

18. For the purpose of the safety of all patrons present there, there will be security checks and frisking for any objects that are against venue policy and/or unlawful in nature

19. A government issued, valid photo ID may be requested at the entry.

20. AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data with relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue and take your ID card for doing so.

21. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue. (Add: Or any such object which is not allowed by the artists, venue or local law enforcement authorities)

22. The performers / organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.

23. Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, E-cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted inside the venue. Ticket holders in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry.

24. No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained by the sponsors / performers / organisers.

25. We love kids! However, our comedy show is designed for adults and mature audiences. To ensure all patrons have an enjoyable experience, we regret that children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend the show. This policy allows us to maintain an environment that is respectful and enjoyable for all audience members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
