About this Venue

Portland has a new music and arts venue, The Analog Cafe and DRD Records' Little Theater, which is owned and operated by DRD Records, a Portland, Oregon-based record label co-founded by Smoochknob front man/drummer Donnie Rife, who heads up A&R and is general manager for the label.

“Our passion is music, and we love Portland, and its awesome music scene. Our label is excited to be here, and to invest in local talent," says Rife of the opening of the company's new restaurant and theater. "We are especially excited to bring another live venue to Portland; and we believe this is the perfect part of town to be in. My personal goal has been to make a special venue that artists are going to love to play. And we have done that, thanks to so much help from so many great people.”

The club had a soft opening on March 23rd with the release of DRD Records recording artist Smoochknob's new album, Drive By High Five, allowing the group to break in the top-of-the-line sound system at the Analog, which is a well-equipped 260 capacity music theater (and a 240 capacity restaurant, for a total of a 500 capacity club) at 720 SE Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland. The restaurant and bar open at 3pm, seven days a week, and have a full seasonal dinner menu, plus a happy hour menu, and full bar.

What are the parking options at Analog Theater?

Parking is available in Lots A, B, F, G, H & I. Prices range from $5 to $30 depending on the event. Suite & VIP parking there is located on the south side of the building via the 2nd 183A Entrance, past the marquee. All methods of payment are accepted at Analog Theater for all self-park & valet lots.
When is the box office open in Analog Theater?

Regular Hours - Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, weekend hours vary per event. For event box office hours, please visit Analog Theater event tickets can be purchased through Sulekha.
Are children allowed Analog Theater?

Ticket Requirements: For all ticketed events, all Analog Theater patrons must present a ticket for entry, except for those patrons younger than two (2) years of age. However, children under two years of age must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket-bearing adult. For some family/kids events ages, one (1) and up must be accompanied by a ticket.

Can I get an autograph or meet the artist in Analog Theater?

The Analog Theater, as a rental facility, is not in a position to contact or interfere with artist or artist management regarding autographs or special meet and greet requests. From time to time, artist management will arrange these opportunities, and if available, the Analog Theater will include that as part of standard event information.
Can I take event photos or videos in Analog Theater?

The use of photographic or sound recording devices, including film and digital cameras, digital video recorders, cell phones, and/or other visual or audio recording devices is a violation of copyright law and is strictly prohibited. Patrons using these devices during a performance may be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be issued. In certain instances, patrons may be asked to delete photographs.

In addition, light and noise disturbances can hinder the enjoyment of any performance. Out of the consideration and safety of performers and fellow patrons, the use of cell phones is strictly forbidden during all shows. This includes the use of phones for texting or photographic purposes. Individuals caught using their cell phones may be asked to leave the theatre.
