Who is Kaifi Khalil
Kaifi Khalil is a Karachi-based Pakistani singer-songwriter and composer well known for giving a contemporary spin to Balochi Music.
After making his debut in the Balochi song "Kana Yaari" from Coke Studio in 2022, Kaifi became a well-known name in music circles. He accepted a casting call from Coke Studio Season 14 producer Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan. He sang vocals for the track "Kana Yaari" in Coke Studio Season 14 alongside Pakistani rapper Eva B and Tambura player Abdul Wahab Bugti.
Kaifi wrote and composed the song, and Eva B contributed a rap. Just three days after its debut, Kaifi Khalil's 'Kana Yaari' had amassed over 3 million views, making him a viral phenomenon on YouTube.
