There are various tips available on how to be successful in life, however here is a yogi’s perspective on success and how yoga can contribute to a more wholesome fruition of it. 

How successful you are in life just depends on how well you can use your mind and body. You can begin with simple, but powerful yoga postures to bring stability and enhance perception.

When you come for the session

• Please bring your yoga mats

• Wear loose and comfortable clothing

• Recommended to come on a light stomach (1.5 hrs after a meal)
