Lowell Memorial Auditorium
The Lowell Memorial Auditorium is an indoor facility located in downtown Lowell, Massachusetts. It is dedicated to local veterans of war.
The 2,800 seat venue was constructed in 1922 by the architectural firm of Blackall, Clapp & Whittemore.
The exterior walls feature the names of famous generals and battles, with monuments to newer wars on the auditorium's small lawn.
Common events include concerts, comedy acts, large plays, and boxing. Attached to the auditorium is the smaller theatre of the Merrimack Repertory Theatre.

This garage is about a 5 minute walk from the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, but will allow you a quicker entry and exit before and after the event than the Davidson Street Lot or the Lower Locks Parking Garage.
To walk to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium from the John Street Garage, turn left after exiting the garage and walk to the end of John Street.
At the end of John Street, turn left onto Merrimack Street and walk 1/3 of a mile to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
If you don’t mind the short 5 minute walk to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, this is the best place to park.

This garage is also a short walk to many other downtown dining establishments.
The Davidson Street parking lot is the closest parking area to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium (0.1 mi), but is also smallest of the Lowell Memorial Auditorium’s parking locations and is directly off of a congested street.
Therefore, if you plan to park at the Davidson Street lot, please arrive early, as the lot fills up quickly. Davidson Street intersects E.
Merrimack Street directly across the street from the Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
If you are heading West on E. Merrimack Street (with the auditorium on your right), turn left onto Davidson Street just after passing the Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
The Davidson Street parking lot will be directly in front of you, 1/10th of a mile up the street.
If you are traveling East on E. Merrimack Street, Davidson Street is your first right after you pass Middlesex Community College (you will see auditorium ahead on your left side).
The Leo Roy Market Street Parking Garage is located at 100 Market Street (0.4 mi).

This garage is about a 7 minute walk from the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, but will allow you a quicker entry and exit before and after the event than the Davidson Street Lot or the Lower Locks Parking Garage. To walk to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium from the Market Street Garage, exit the garage and turn right onto Market Street.
Walk to the end of Market Street and turn left onto Central Street.
At the end of Central Street, turn right onto Merrimack Street and walk 1/3 of a mile to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. Tremonte Pizziera and The Old Court Irish Pub are a short walk from this garage.

Parking is available in Lots A, B, F, G, H & I. Prices range from $5 to $30 depending on the event. Suite & VIP parking there is located on the south side of the building via the 2nd 183A Entrance, past the marquee. All methods of payment are accepted at Lowell Memorial Auditorium for all self-park & valet lots.

Ticket Requirements: For all ticketed events, all Lowell Memorial Auditorium patrons must present a ticket for entry, except for those patrons younger than two (2) years of age. However, children under two years of age must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket-bearing adult. For some family/kids events ages, one (1) and up must be accompanied by a ticket.
The Lowell Memorial Auditorium, as a rental facility, is not in a position to contact or interfere with artist or artist management regarding autographs or special meet and greet requests. From time to time, artist management will arrange these opportunities, and if available, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium will include that as part of standard event information.
The use of photographic or sound recording devices, including film and digital cameras, digital video recorders, cell phones, and/or other visual or audio recording devices is a violation of copyright law and is strictly prohibited. Patrons using these devices during a performance may be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be issued. In certain instances, patrons may be asked to delete photographs.
In addition, light and noise disturbances can hinder the enjoyment of any performance. Out of the consideration and safety of performers and fellow patrons, the use of cell phones is strictly forbidden during all shows. This includes the use of phones for texting or photographic purposes. Individuals caught using their cell phones may be asked to leave the theatre.
