Al Riyadh, unlike their opponents, are on a troubling run, heading into this match following six back-to-back defeats to UD Ibiza, Castellon, Johor Darul T, Al Ahli Jeddah, Al Taawon and Al Shabab Riyadh. Their defensive frailties have been apparent as they have been conceding goals for eleven consecutive matches now.
