Ratna Kotal, and was further nurtured by eminent gurus such as Vidushi Mandira Lahiri, the late Pandit Biresh Roy, Ustad Jainul Abedin, and Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty. She continues her advanced training under Shri Deborshee Bhattacharjee.

Her talent and dedication have earned her several prestigious accolades, including being recognized as a National Scholar in both Khayal and semi-classical music by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. She is also a graded artist of All India Radio and a recipient of awards such as the Ganwardhan Award (Pune), Girija Devi Vishesh Kalakar Award, and the Pratima Chandra Memorial Award from the Dover Lane Music Academy.
Atri has graced prestigious stages across India, including the Dover Lane Music Conference (Kolkata), VSK Baithak (Delhi), Tarang (Hyderabad), Hamsadhwani (Lucknow), and the Uttarpara Sangeet Sammelan (West Bengal). Her debut devotional album, Naman – Light of the Soul (2014), reflects her deep spiritual connection to music.
In addition to performing, Atri is a dedicated educator, conducting workshops and offering training to students worldwide through platforms like ipassio. With over 15 years of experience, she is celebrated for her ability to blend traditional techniques with contemporary pedagogy.
Currently, Atri continues to perform internationally and inspire the next generation of musicians. She is set to conduct a special Vocal Workshop in the Bay Area, California, on September 5, 2025, offering music enthusiasts a rare opportunity to learn from her rich experience and artistry.
