Labor Day Weekend Samskritam Camp (jahnavii)

You have an unique opportunity to learn Samskritam in a fun-filled camp!

What is a typical day at camp ?

The day at camp start with group yoga, prayers, and subhashitams. Then progress with classes during the day time.  Evening time will be with prayers, talks and recreational activities. Everything will be in Sanskrit.  Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, and dinner would be served.

What are the different levels of classes ?

Classes range from beginner to advanced levels. The syllabus is designed to foster a highly-interactive learning experience. No prior knowledge of Samskritam is required at the beginner level. There will be separate classes for children and adults.

Who will teach ?
Experienced instructors, from Samskrita Bharati India and USA will be teaching. 

What kind of classes would children attend ?
There would be separate classes for children, customized to include study and play, grouped by age. They would be taught basic conversation skills in Samskritam, Devanagari script writing, and pronunciation. Children who have prior Samskritam knowledge and are ready to learn further will be integrated with the beginners/intermediate levels as appropriate. 

When will the camp start and when will it end ?
The camp will start on Saturday, Sept 5^th, 2015, 6 am and end on Monday, September 7^th, 2015 at 12 noon. Check-in starts 7:00 PM on Friday, Sept 4^th, 2015.
