Surmukhi Raman Biography

Surmukhi Raman is an Indian Playback singer and a lyricist who is predominantly working in Tamil film Industry. Her voice is a magic which brings her a huge fan base. Her recent song “Aandipatti Kanava Kathu” from the movie Dharmadurai has more than 26 million views on Youtube and it is one song which will never get bored on hearing repeatedly. She has sung several songs in Telugu and Kanada film industry as well.
Surmukhi Raman is a playback singer who made her debut through the song “Chikki Mukki Chikki Mukki” in the year 2009. The song was placed in movie “Modhi Vilaiyadu” starring Vinay and Kajal Agarwal on the lead role. Her first song as a playback singer was composed by Hariharan. The year 2010 was a fabulous year for Surmukhi as she had consecutive releases in the year. She sang the song “Hey Dushyantha” for the movie Asal under the music director “Bharathwaj”.
