Javed Akhtar Biography
Javed Akhtar is an Indian poet, lyricist, and screenwriter who has made significant contributions to the Hindi film industry. He was born on January 17, 1945, in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is the son of the renowned Urdu poet and lyricist Jan Nisar Akhtar and the stepson of the legendary Urdu poet, Majrooh Sultanpuri.
Javed Akhtar's career in the film industry spans over four decades, during which he has written some of the most iconic screenplays and lyrics in Indian cinema. He is known for his ability to convey deep emotions through his words and his unique ability to blend poetry with contemporary language.
