Farhan Akhtar Biography
Farhan Aktar needs no introduction in the Indian film industry. The Bollywood sensation worked for a while as an assistant director before making his directorial debut in the big hit, Dil Chanta Hai. The movie perfectly portrayed the blissful nature of youth. His method of capturing ideas was an instant hit among the masses and it was not long before his acting prowess was recognized by all.
He made his acting debit with ‘Rock On’ but by then had already tried his hand at a variety of roles in the industry. He was a television host, playback singer, lyricist and also a producer. Such was his talent that he was the one who wrote the lyrics for a sound track in the much acclaimed Hollywood hit, ‘ Bride and Prejudice’. His latest and unarguably the most impressive role he had taken up for a movie was his portray of legendary Indian athlete Milkha Singh in his project, ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’.
