From his early independent Assamese releases to chart-topping Bollywood hits like “Moh Moh Ke Dhaage,” “Jiyein Kyun,” “Bulleya,” and “Kyon,” Papon's music has touched hearts across the globe.

In 2007, he founded Papon and The East India Company, a groundbreaking folk-electronic fusion band that became a sensation at major music festivals and cultural stages worldwide.
